Clinton D. Watson, 61, of rural Stockport, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at his home.
A visitation celebrating his life will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of Jeanetta Rogers, 11528 Vine Ave. Stockport, Iowa 52651
Clint was born May 4, 1964 in Keosauqua, the son of Keith and Sieglinde “Linda” (Seitz) Watson.
Clint worked as a bridge inspector for the Iowa Department of Transportation. He retired after 36 years of service. Clint enjoyed mushroom hunting, gardening, hunting, fishing, attending concerts, and watching westerns.
Those left to honor his memory include his significant other, Jeanetta Rogers; mother, Linda Watson of Stockport; sister, Anita Hurley of Boone, Iowa; nephews, Spencer (Danielle) Hudson and Parker Hudson; great-nieces and nephews, Paetyn, Brylee, River, and Ayden.
He was preceded in death by his father, Keith; and brother-in-law, Lynn Hurley.
