Mast Overhead Doors has officially opened a new design center at 201 South Main Street in Albia, expanding its ability to serve residential, commercial, and agricultural customers throughout Monroe County and the surrounding communities.
The new Albia location provides a dedicated space for homeowners, builders, and business owners to review garage door styles, colors, hardware options, and operator systems in person. The goal is simple: make project planning clearer and more informed while improving service accessibility in the area.
“Many customers don’t think about their garage door until it stops working,” said owner Eli Mast. “Having a location in Albia allows us to respond more efficiently — especially during peak seasons and weather extremes.”
Founded in 2004, Mast Overhead Doors has operated its primary location in Bloomfield for over two decades. The company serves residential homeowners, agricultural operations, and commercial facilities across southern Iowa with installation, maintenance, and emergency repair services. Its operating focus centers on three commitments: being responsive, staying organized, and delivering practical solutions.
The Albia Design Center supports both new installations and ongoing service needs, providing customers with direct access to product education and local support.
To mark the expansion, Mast Overhead Doors will host a Grand Opening event on Saturday, March 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Community members are invited to tour the space, meet the team, and learn more about available options. Event-day specials will be available exclusively to attendees.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
