Students and faculty from the College of Design at Iowa State University are working with the Fairfield community to explore ideas for improving neighborhoods, housing, and the overall living environment.

All community members are invited to participate in an upcoming workshop to share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas.

The workshop will take place on Friday, March 6th, between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Jefferson County Extension Office, located at 2606 W Burlington Avenue in Fairfield.

Participants may attend one of four sessions starting at 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., or 5:00 p.m.

Community input will help inform ongoing design and planning efforts through fun, interactive activities. Participants will have a chance to meet neighbors and connect with the community while contributing to the future of Fairfield.

All community members are welcome, and no prior experience or preparation is needed.

For more information, contact the Jefferson County Extension Office.
