Pekin’s Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) chapter celebrated success at the District Meeting, with seven members representing the school at the event.
Anna Hadley, serving as the 2025-26 district president, led the district meeting in her current role. Hadley also competed in a Star Event at the meeting and earned a gold rating, qualifying her to compete at the state conference later this year.
The meeting marked a significant leadership transition as Hayden Miller ran for district office for the 2026-27 year and successfully secured the position of district president, taking over the role from Hadley.
The strong showing at the district level reflects the continued growth and success of Pekin’s FCCLA program as members prepare for upcoming state competition.
