John Henry Williams 46, of Ottumwa, died at 5:48 p.m. December 25, 2025 at home.
He was born August 2, 1979 in Ottumwa to Arlie and Judith Bride Williams, Sr. He married Stacy Dye in 1997 and they later divorced.
A resident of Ottumwa most of his life, John had attended Ottumwa High School. He received an associate’s degree in machine technology from Indian Hills Community College and had worked at Superior Machine and Vermeer.
John enjoyed hunting, woodworking, riding motorcycles, working on cars, cooking. He loved spending time with his family.
Surviving are his children, Courtnie (Spencer) Renfrew and Chance (Jasmine) Williams both of Ottumwa, Corwin Williams of Des Moines; 7 grandchildren, Levi, Aubree, Remington, Amelia, Skylee, Alexis, Autumn; and a sister Yalonda Terrell of Blakesburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Arlie Williams, Jr.
His body has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
