The Mason House Inn, a historic steamboat hotel built in 1846, will host a series of guided paranormal investigation events this February. Known for decades of reported unexplained activity, the inn has earned a reputation as one of Iowa’s most haunted historic locations.
Participants will explore the inn after dark alongside experienced investigators, using real paranormal equipment to investigate reported hotspots throughout the building. Guests may choose to stay overnight in shared haunted rooms or depart at 2:00 AM. Snacks and drinks are provided, and breakfast is included for overnight guests.
Events run from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with overnight stays extending until 9:00 AM. Tickets range from $100–$150, and all attendees must be 18 years or older. Multiple dates are available.
