An 18-year-old Lockridge resident has been charged with first-degree harassment after allegedly sending threatening messages to another student at Fairfield High School.

Bryson Scott Delano Noe, 18, faces an aggravated misdemeanor charge stemming from an incident reported Monday, November 24th, at around 8:05 a.m. According to court documents, Noe became allegedly upset that the victim — a male juvenile — had been talking to his girlfriend.

Investigators say Noe reportedly sent the victim multiple messages that were violent in nature, including threats to seriously harm or kill him. A no-contact order has been requested.

Noe was released on his own recognizance. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 15th.

A representative of the Fairfield Community School District said the district cannot comment on individual student matters due to privacy laws but emphasized that all student conduct issues are handled according to district policies.

“What I can share is that any situation involving student conduct is addressed in accordance with our Student Handbook and all applicable Board policies,” the representative said. “We always follow those procedures to ensure consistency, fairness, and the safety and well-being of all students.”
