The City of Ottumwa invites residents to join in a solemn remembrance of the September 11, 2001, attacks. A special ceremony will be held at Ottumwa City Hall, 105 East Third Street, on Thursday, September 11, at 9:00 a.m.
The event will take place at the flagpole on the Fourth Street side of City Hall, where community members, leaders, and first responders will gather to honor the lives lost and recognize the heroism displayed on that day.
All members of the public are encouraged to attend and participate in this moment of reflection and unity.
