William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Davis County Volleyball player Noelle Hill, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
The senior enjoyed a solid all-around game in the Mustangs’ first win of the season last Thursday. Hill posted seven kills, 12 digs, and one solo block as Davis County defeated Ottumwa in three sets.
