The U.S. ethanol export numbers for June were mixed.

The Renewable Fuels Association says ethanol exports of 173.7 million gallons were down 6% on the month due to volatility in key markets. Ethanol exports were still up 30% on the year, with Canada taking in a six-month high, followed by the European Union, South Korea, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.

Exports of distillers dried grains with solubles were 917,307 tons, a fractional month-to-month decline, primarily to Mexico, South Korea, and Vietnam.

For the first half of 2025, ethanol exports are 13% ahead of 2024’s record pace at 1.06 billion gallons, while DDGS exports are 8% behind a year ago at 5.42 million tons.
