An Ottumwa man faces multiple charges after police say he assaulted his wife in the presence of their four children.
33-year-old Corey Kehn has been charged with domestic abuse assault – second offense and four counts of child endangerment, all aggravated misdemeanors.
On May 29th, at 9:15 AM, court records say Kehn shoved his wife against a wall in a residence they shared on West Alta Vista Avenue in Ottumwa. Kehn is also accused of punching the victim in the head several times in front of their four juvenile children.
Police say the victim blacked out when she was pushed against the wall. Additionally, the victim suffered a contusion to the left side of her head and complained of pain in her head.
Kehn was arrested and transported to the Wapello County Jail, where he is currently held on a $2,000 bond. Kehn was ordered not to have any contact with the victim.
