The Ottumwa International Film Festival (OIFF) has officially opened its Call for Entries for the 2026 festival, scheduled for March 20 and 21, 2026, at the Bridge View Center theater in Ottumwa, Iowa.
Now in its 2nd year, OIFF continues its mission of showcasing bold, original storytelling from independent filmmakers around the globe. The festival features a curated selection of feature-length and short films, as well as engaging filmmaker Q&As, networking opportunities, and audience interaction in the heart of southern Iowa.
Key Submission Deadlines:
- Early Bird Deadline: October 15, 2025
- Regular Deadline: December 15, 2025
- Late Deadline: January 31, 2026
- Notification Date: February 13, 2026
Awards will be presented in multiple categories, including Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, and the coveted Audience Choice Award.
