A Mercer County deputy is facing DUI charges following an arrest in Henry County earlier this spring.
According to court records, 25-year-old Lewis Andrews was pulled over on April 14 and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. He’s also facing charges for driving the wrong way on a divided highway and improper lane usage.
Andrews has entered not guilty pleas to all the charges and has requested a jury trial.
He’s scheduled to be back in court on August 12 in Cambridge.
