This morning, an employee from Christner Contracting was injured while unloading a man lift from a flatbed truck on N. Court Street, right in front of Robertson Jay Funeral Home. According to police reports, the accident occurred when the man lift slipped off the flatbed during the unloading process.
Emergency personnel responded swiftly to the scene, providing immediate assistance to the injured worker. He was subsequently transported to the hospital for treatment.
Fortunately, N. Court Street has since been reopened to traffic, allowing for normal flow in the area.
