William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Mark Fraise of Davis County Track & Field, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
The junior punched his ticket to the state track meet at last Thursday’s qualifying meet at PCM. Fraise won the 400-meter hurdles event with a time of 56.88 seconds.
