William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Charlie Warren of Davis County Track & Field, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
The senior saved his personal best for his final race as a Mustang. Warren finished in 4th place at the State Track Meet in Des Moines in the 800-meter run with a school-record time of 1:54.29.
