William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Davis County Track & Field athlete Carter Will, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
The senior won both throwing events at the Dennis Anderson Relays in Bloomfield last Tuesday. Will’s winning tosses were 140 feet, three inches in the discus and 46 feet, six inches in the shot put.
