Former Iowa Senate President, Jack Kibbe, who recently passed away this week.
Kibbe served in the Iowa House of Representatives from 1960 thru 1964.
Kibbe was also a member of the Iowa Senate from 1964-1968 then again from 1988 to 2012.
Flags are to be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Friday.
