Use caution when driving near Wapello County Court House there is a water main break on the corner of W. Fourth Street and N. Court Street in Ottumwa.
The water is freezing on the roadway.
The crews are working to fix this situation.
As of right now, not sure if this will effect if the Courthouse will be open for business today.
