Dan Roberts, President of Norris Asphalt, brings extensive experience in economic development, infrastructure planning, and business strategy. His deep understanding of both the public and private sectors will be invaluable in shaping initiatives that support regional growth.
Jessica Kendrick, Senior Nursing Officer and Director of Quality and Risk at Ottumwa Regional Health Center, is a dynamic leader in healthcare management and change implementation. Her commitment to quality improvement and risk management ensures that she brings a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset to the board.
