Wanda Lou Renfrew, 88, of Ottumwa, passed away at 12:40 p.m. January 11, 2025 at Hospice House in Ottumwa.
She was born May 24, 1936 in Wapello County to Albert Theodore “Ted” and Emma Eldora Skinner Nation. Wanda married Roy “Wayne” Renfrew on December 31, 1953 and he preceded her in death on November 15, 2017.
A 1954 graduate of Ottumwa High School, Wanda had worked 13 years at Herbergers. She was an Avon representative for 25 years and also sold Home Interior products.
Wanda and her husband, Wayne, enjoyed their retirement going to Casinos, gardening and going to music festivals. They also spent a great deal of time with their dogs.
Surviving are her sons, Danny (Joyce) Renfrew and Dennis (Darcy) Renfrew; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Frank Nation and a sister, Jeannette Cicutto.
Graveside services and burial will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 14th at Shaul Cemetery with Pastor Mel Kendall officiating.
