This recognition comes from Becker’s Hospital Review, which, in December 2024, compiled a list of hospitals across the nation based on data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey.
The prestigious five-star rating from CMS reflects patients’ responses to the question, “Would you recommend this hospital to your friends and family?” Hospitals must have at least 100 completed HCAHPS surveys in a fourth-quarter period to be eligible for a star rating. Pella Regional Health Center is honored to have received a five-star rating, demonstrating the hospital’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
