The city of Ottumwa says construction work on the Albia Road and Ferry Street roundabout and will begin Monday.
On November 11, TK Concrete will start their work at 8:30 a.m. and it is expected to last a couple of days.
The city says there will be limited access through the construction zone and motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
