A Centerville man was allegedly found in possession of child porn after showing it to individuals.
33-year-old Ross Brooks was charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor – promote film.
On September 24, court records say officers were dispatched to North Park Avenue for a complaint of Brooks showing individuals videos of child pornography and minors having sex.
Authorities seized two cell phones from Brooks and he was taken to the Appanoose County law Center for investigation.
Brooks was transported to the Appanoose County Jail. He had a preliminary hearing on October 1 and has an arraignment on October 14.
