PELLA – Pella Regional Health Center is pleased to welcome Anne Meis, MD to the medical staff beginning August 31. Dr. Meis will provide Family Practice with Obstetrics at Pella Regional Medical Clinics in Pella and Knoxville.
“My passion is being able to care for families as a whole and I believe in creating a partnership with my patients that will allow us to journey together for the entirety of their lives; from the “womb to the tomb” as the saying goes in Family Medicine,” said Dr. Meis.
Dr. Meis received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, Iowa City, Iowa, and her Bachelor of Science in Biology summa cum laude from Iowa State University College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, Ames, Iowa. She completed her physician residency at the Ascension Via Christi Family Medicine Residency program, in Wichita, Kansas.
Outside of work, Dr. Meis enjoys cooking and baking, reading and spending time with family and friends. She will practice in the Pella Regional Medical Clinics in Pella and Knoxville. To schedule an appointment call 641.621.2200.
