An Ottumwa man is accused of tracking the whereabouts of a victim without her knowledge.

48-year-old David Jordan was charged with Stalking; Unauthorized Use Of GPS, a serious misdemeanor.

On June 30, court records say Jordan put a global positioning device on the unsuspecting victim’s vehicle.

Jordan was arrested on July 1 and taken to the Wapello County Jail. He waived his preliminary hearing and is ordered not to have any contact with the victim.
