An intoxicated Ottumwa man allegedly engaged a fight outside of McDonalds.
19-year-old Daniel Palma was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, and Persons Under Legal Age.
On June 30 at 1:53 am, court records say Palma was in a physical altercation with the victim at McDonald’s on 222 Richmond Avenue. Officers say Palma admitted to engaging the fight with the individual.
According to Police, Palma consented to a preliminary breath test which resulted in a BAC of .176%.
Palma was taken to the Wapello County Jail. He is being held without bond pending a hearing with a magistrate judge.
