Two Seriously Injured in Marion County Head-On Collision

Two motorists were injured when their vehicles collided in Marion County on Saturday night.

According to the Iowa State Patrol, a Ford F150 driven by 19-year-old Levi Wagler of Albia was traveling southbound on Highway 5 when it failed to stay in its lane and crossed the center line.

The accident report states the pickup truck collided head-on a Yukon Denali driven by 39-year-old Kelly Bouchard of Jefferson. The crash resulted in both drivers sustaining serious injuries.

Wagler and Bouchard were transported to the Knoxville Hospital. Their respective statuses are unknown.
