The City of Ottumwa says there is emergency sewer repair work occurring on West Second Street.
The westbound lane between Market Street and Court Street of West Second Street will be closed and no street parking will be allowed on either side during this time. The estimated closure time is currently unknown. Please use caution when traveling in this area.
