The city of Ottumwa announced an installation that is part of its Sewer Separation Project.
A manhole is being installed at the intersection of East Vine Street and North Davis Street as part of the Sanitary Sewer Access Program. Work is expected to last approximately one week, weather permitting.
Citizens will still have access to homes, but motorists should seek alternate routes. Please exercise caution when traveling in and around this intersection.
