Ottumwa, IA – Work was pushed back a few days for the work on the 500 block of S. Milner St. and the closure will begin today, February 12. Work is still expected to last a couple of days with a planned completion by the end of February 14, weather permitting. Motorists will need to seek alternate routes to access the school for pick-ups and drop offs.
