Bridge View Center will be hosting a Valentine’s Day Dinner Friday, February 16 from 5:30 pm – 8 pm in the BVC Theater Lobby, overlooking downtown Ottumwa and the Des Moines River. Doors will open at 5:30 pm with a cash bar, with dinner served at 6 pm.
Menu items will include Berry Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette, a choice of Seared Atlantic Salmon with Lemon-Herb Hollandaise Sauce with Crispy Fingerling Potato and Broccolini -OR- Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Herb Demi-Glaze with Parsnip Puree and Bourbon Glazed Carrots. Dessert will be Milk Chocolate Crème Brulee. Those 21+ will receive a complimentary glass of G.H. Mumm Champagne.
