Linda Shawn Davis, 68, of Ottumwa, died at 4:03 p.m. January 5, 2024 at her home.
She was born February 11, 1955 in Bloomfield to James P. and Patricia Scott Robertson. She married Roland Craig “R.C.” Davis March 4, 1972.
A 1973 graduate of Davis County High School, she was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother; always open to taking care of everyone. Linda enjoyed 1950’s rock music, especially Elvis. She was passionate, loving, caring and also very opinionated. Most importantly, she loved to laugh.
Surviving is her husband, Ronnie; their children, April Dawn (Ken) Crosser, Joseph Craig Davis, and Angela Ann (Matt) Lundy all of Ottumwa; 7 grandchildren, Kaitlin (John) Lofton, Jocelyn (Isaias) Santos, Kenlee Crosser, Jaxon Crosser, Osa Davis, Shawna Tuller and Elyse Lundy; 8 step-grandchildren, Alex (Kelley) Crosser, Kate Nickerson, Peyton Bakalar, Kyle, Tyler, Marcus, Grace and Noah Lundy; 12 great grandchildren; two sisters, Cindy Clark of Bloomfield and Kathy (Ed) Penrod of Belle Plaine; a brother, Michael Shane (Tasha) Robertson of Ottumwa; along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents,
a brother, James David Robertson.
Visitation will be open after 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 9th at Reece Funeral Home with her family present to greet friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 10th at Reece Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the service.
