Mahaska Health in Oskaloosa, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Moravia Basketball player Shane Helmick, our 92.7 KTWA Athlete of the Week!
Helmick is the leading scorer of a Moravia team that is currently riding a five-game winning streak. Last Saturday, the senior scored 20 points and pulled down 11 rebounds in the Mohawks’ 65-58 win over Wayne.
Our KTWA Athlete of the Week program is made possible thanks to the generosity of Mahaska Health, plus the cooperation of our area schools. This is a great accomplishment and one to be very proud of.
