Nancy Ann Cox, age 68, of Ottumwa, IA, passed away on October 1, 2023 at the Mahaska Health Partnership in Oskalossa. She was born on July 25, 1955 to Harold and Zelma (Atchinson) Carruthers. She is remembered as a dedicated professional and a loving wife, leaving behind her husband, Terry Cox of Ottumwa and 5 children.
Nancy was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Zelma Carruthers, and one brother, Harold.
