An Oskaloosa man was arrested last week after police say he exposed himself in public.
46-year-old Michael Lilly has been charged with indecent exposure, driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance – second offense, and possession of contraband in a correctional institution.
The Oskaloosa Police Department says it was informed of a man exposing himself at Edumunson Park on Thursday.
