Ottumwa, Iowa – Beginning Wednesday August 9, 2023 the southbound lane of N. Mc Lean heading down hill will be closed to through traffic. Work is being done for a water main replacement in the area. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and asked to exercise extreme caution when navigating in and around the work zone. Weather permitting the work is expected to last one week.
