Ottumwa, Iowa – Beginning August 2, 2023, the intersection of Foster and Mable will be closed for concrete repair. This is part of the ongoing Phase 8 sewer separation project. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and asked to exercise extreme caution when navigating in and around the construction zone. Weather permitting, expect work to take up to two weeks.
