Ottumwa, Iowa – Beginning Wednesday July 5th , Adams Street at Roemer and Mable Street east of Iowa Avenue will be closed for pavement repair. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and to use caution when navigating in and around the construction zones. Expect work to last two weeks.
