Mahaska Health in Oskaloosa, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Oskaloosa Softball Player Shannon Van Rheenen, our 92.7 KTWA Athlete of the Week!
The Indians compiled a 4-3 record a week ago. VanRheenen, a sophomore pitcher, was credited with all four wins. For the season, VanRheenen leads the team in wins (7) and strikeouts (105)
Our KTWA Athlete of the Week program is made possible thanks to the generosity of Mahaska Health, plus the cooperation of our area schools. This is a great accomplishment and one to be very proud of.
