Josh, Brenda, and the team at Meridian Credit Union in Ottumwa, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Ottumwa Baseball player Tucker Long, our 101.5 KKSI-FM Athlete of the Week!
Ottumwa won its final three games of the week as Long continued his strong season. The freshman is batting .548 this season and is leading the team in doubles (9), triples (5), and RBI (41). On the mound, Long is 3-1 with an ERA of 1.65 and a team-best 48 strikeouts.
Our KKSI-FM Athlete of the Week feature is made possible thanks to the generosity of Meridian Credit Union, and the cooperation of our area schools.
