New Principal Named at Cardinal High School


A new principal will be at the helm at Cardinal High School in August.

Andrew Lehn was hired by the Cardinal Community School district to fill the role, according to a press release.

Lehn is a 2008 graduate of Central College. He earned his masters in educational administration from Grand Canyon University in 2014.,

Lehn’s previous jobs in education include middle school art teacher at Grinnell and high school art teacher and football coach at Davenport West High School. Lehn is currently an assistant principal at Ottumwa High School.

Lehn’s wife, Suzanne, is a current teacher at Evans Middle School and will be joining the Cardinal staff as a family and consumer science teacher.
