The City of Ottumwa announced it changed the date of the prescribed burn for Memorial Park. The burn, which was planned for Tuesday, April 23, has been pushed back to Tuesday, April 30. The event is still planned to start at 9:00 a.m., weather permitting. For safety, please stay clear of this area during the prescribed burn.
