Alex Eugene Killoren was born February 10, 1997, to Dennis and Amy (Riordan) Killoren in Pella, Iowa.
Alex attended school in Pella and was a 2015 graduate of Pella High School. He worked as an electrician for Gritters Electric for the last three years. In the past he also worked for Dee Zee, Weilers and LDJ Manufacturing.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents Dennis and Amy Killoren and his siblings: Sarah (Dakota) Lisk of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Tyler (Hannah) Killoren of Knoxville, and Ryan Killoren of Pella. He will also be dearly missed by Bailey, his three-year-old chocolate lab who went everywhere with him.
Alex was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents John and Leta Riordan, paternal grandparents: Donna Killoren, Don Pokorney and Reuben Buwalda, and great grandparents: John and Edith Van Zee, Edward and Jean Riordan and Earl and Irene Bartholomew.
In lieu of flowers, plants or memorials may be given to the family of Alex Killoren.
Alex was a blue jeans and cowboy boots kind of guy. You are invited to “do it up right” and dress accordingly to the visitation and funeral service.
