Wapello County residents will have another opportunity this weekend to learn more about the proposed jail expansion and renovation project.
A public forum is scheduled for Saturday, October 24, at 10:30 a.m. on the third floor of the Wapello County Courthouse.
The meeting will cover the background of the project, proposed improvements to the jail and the potential impact on property taxes. Residents will also have an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the proposal.
All Wapello County residents are welcome to attend.
