Genevieve Revagene Prosser, 87, of Ottumwa died at 2:10 a.m. October 13, 2026 at Good Samaritan Society – Ottumwa.
She was born February 20, 1939 to Clevy and Ruby Geheey Williams. Genevieve married Larry Prosser and they later divorced. She married Max Parcel and they later divorced.
Genevieve was a graduate of Ottumwa High School. She worked out of her home filing taxes.
Surviving is her granddaughter, Ashley Bainbridge; and a sister Neva Nadine Kipfer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, John Prosser; daughter, Brenda Bainbridge; a grandson, Cole Bainbridge; and a brother, Bill Williams.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday October 16th at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Mel Kendall officiating. Family will be present to greet friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery.
