Runners and bacon lovers alike can mark their calendars for the Second Annual Bacon Run, set for Saturday, November 14, at Bridge View Center in Ottumwa.
Participants can choose from a 5-Mile Run, 5K Run/Walk, or the family-friendly 1-Mile Piggy Wiggy, all taking place before the popular BaconTown festival begins.
Known as the “Tastiest Run in Iowa,” the event includes great race swag, free bacon, and early admission into BaconTown, making it the perfect way to kick off a day of food and fun.
