This morning, July 8th, at around 9:23 AM, the Ottumwa Fire Department swiftly responded to a fire on the second floor of an apartment building at 424 N. Court. Thankfully, all residents managed to escape safely. The Red Cross is currently on-site, providing support to those affected by the incident.
