The Veterans Mobile Food Distribution monthly event will take place Thursday, May 7th, from 4:00–6:00 p.m. at the Emergency Management building, 2417 Emma Street. Please do not line up until after 3:30 p.m.
All veterans or surviving spouses are encouraged to participate. If new to the program, proof of status and address is required.
If veterans are picking up for an absent veteran, please be aware that a maximum of four pick-ups is allowed. The name, address, and phone number of each absent veteran must be provided.
Also on May 7th at 8:00 a.m., tune in to the Ellis Codjoe Morning Show on KBIZ 1240 AM. Deb Roe and Don Lewis from “Veterans Corner” will share the upcoming menu for the distribution and provide information of interest and benefit to our veterans.
