A 19-year-old southeast Iowa man is facing charges after allegedly firing a handgun during a late-night disturbance in Milton.
Kasey Noel McClure was arrested and charged with reckless use of a firearm, a simple misdemeanor, following an incident Thursday night that involved reckless driving, an argument, and gunfire on a residential street.
On February 5th, at approximately 11:30 p.m., a Van Buren County sheriff’s deputy responded to a report of a disturbance involving gunshots in the 200 block of Coal Street in Milton.
